Knoxville Pediatric Dentistry - Bearden

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the dental hygienists are so sweet and were amazing with my child. The dentist is unfortunately why I am changing locations. I always feel like he dismissed my child's fears, acted very inconvenienced when she was not immediately doing what he wanted, and just generally lacks patience and bedside manners. I'm hoping another location will have a more patient dentist, because we have had a great experience with the company overall.

The nicest people I’ve ever met in a dentist office. Everyone is so nice and the dentists are so chill/calm/relaxed with the patients. You can tell they actually like their jobs and care about the kids. If I was a kid, I’d want this to be my dentist office!

We have been here several times however today the hygienist that my son had was very rude. She was not patient with him to get x-rays and someone else came to help her. That was a very nice. She is very short, not very nice with him and at a pediatric dentistry wouldn’t think that should happen. All other times we have had a great time. Maybe it was just her or the time of day, but it shouldn’t matter if you’re the first patient or the last patient you should still treat them all the same plus they are little kids.

We’ve had such a great experience with this dental office! The hygienists who clean my daughter’s teeth are always so patient, gentle, and friendly. They really know how to make kids feel comfortable, which makes such a big difference. My daughter actually loves going to the dentist and gets so excited every visit—especially because of the fun toys they have! It’s clear the whole team is wonderful with children and creates a positive, welcoming environment. The office is always very clean and well-kept, which gives me peace of mind as a parent. I truly appreciate the care and kindness they show every time we come in. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great pediatric dentist!

Dr. Bo and his staff are just the best. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are all so patient with my wiggly kids! My kids are never afraid to go, they are always happy and excited to get their teeth cleaned. Not being afraid of the dentist/doctor and getting regular cleanings and checkups is one of the most important things you can teach your kids about taking care of themselves and this office makes that so easy.
